Welcome to DesignStory. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of our service, which automatically generates changelogs for Design Systems connected to Figma when libraries are updated. By using DesignStory, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service description

DesignStory provides a tool that allows teams to generate clear and comprehensive changelogs for Figma libraries as soon as they are published on Figma. This service requires a Figma license that enables library publishing.

2. Terms of Use

• You must have a valid Figma account to use DesignStory.
• You are responsible for the security of your access credentials.
• You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and the rights of third parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests related to DesignStory (including the code, design, and underlying algorithms) are the exclusive property of BELTECH SARL. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use our service in accordance with these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• DesignStory's premium features are accessible through a monthly or annual subscription.
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless explicitly canceled before the renewal date.
• No refunds will be issued after the current subscription period has started.

5. Responsibilities and Limitation of Liability

DesignStory is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or data loss resulting from the use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without any implied or explicit warranties.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via an in-app notification or by email.
